fun morning

well it would have been a lot more fun if I would have shot better boochu had 5 flushes this morning. the first 2 I just right out missed. I know hard to believe on the 3rd one I connected and it ended up in some thick nasty stuff. that didn't stop boo from going in and getting it. he made a great retrieve on it. he put 2 more out of some junk that was so thick the birds couldn't get up. I saw them run out the end of it and I let them run,I won't shoot a bird on the ground.boo flushed the first one and I couldn't get a shot at it as it went up threw some trees. he put the other one up but it flew towards the road and didn't feel it was a safe shot. all in all was still a fun morning.

boo with the bird at my feet

heres your bird deadeye lol

where boo retrieved the bird from

Green County Tom,
Great stuff, I have a lot of respect for ya Tom, its not how many birds you take it's how you take the birds!

Re: fun morning

Good Hunt. I have yet to hunt behind any springer who won't go into the nastiest of cover to get a bird. They truly hunt their hearts out for you!
