solo hunt

went out to waste some time and see if i could kick a rabbit or two out but instead got these 2 beautiful birds

What a nice surprise! Woodcock are indeed lovely little birds and tasty too. I just had some for supper last night. Marinated for several hours in a nice Honey-Teriyaki marinade and then flash fried for about a minute on a side. Yum!!
