State College

Hey everyone I am going up friday to the psu vs osu game on saturday. I want to do some pheasant hunting on saturday morning and see that game lands 333 and the toftrees are stocked. Now I am not asking for anyones secret spot but just some general directions as to where to park or hunt would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Take the Shiloh exit off I99, park in the first parking lot, go left down over the hill or straight into the fields. You probably won't be alone, enjoy.

SGL176, there is a parking lot on Fox Hollow Rd, and also one on Cricklewood Dr. behind the Ale House restaurant.

Re: State College

Should of added, if you want, and have time to hunt both, Toftrees is just a short trip from 333. Take the over pass across I99 when leaving 333, turn right on Trout Rd, first road on right. Follow Trout until it intersects with Branch RD, turn right, stay on Branch until it intersects with Fox Hill Rd, airport will be on your left. Stay on Fox Hill until the Stop sigh, Fox Hill turns into Fox Hollow, straight through stop sign about 300 yard, parking area will be on right for Toftrees. When you leave there make a right following Fox Hollow, in about 1 1/2 miles you will come to the intersection at the football stadium.

I saw a pheasant in the Fedex center's shrubbery. If you pull into their parking lot you could probably kill it with a rock.
