This weekend

I can't wait til tomorrow so I can try to gun down some bunnies. Only getting to hunt on Saturdays is really depressing when all of you guys are posting dead rabbit pics! haha. The last 2 saturdays have been terrible up here to top it off, get pounded with snow on Friday, rabbits won't run on Saturday. Here is too hoping tomorrow is different, I don't even care if I get wet, I just want to hear good running again.

This picture was from Sunday. That is a big male and the snow is up to his chest. The 2 rabbits I saw him jump looked like they were running on a tread mill, barely going anywhere, they were lucky they got to a hole before he got his teeth sunk into them!

Nice going tomorrow for the 18th Annual Small Game Hunting Classic at cal gun club hope for a good day weather looks ok rain and sleet should be fun

ya its tough hunting everyday,we went till noon,had steady running,rabbits were easy to come by,had three hole out of 7 jumped,the ones that ran must be breeding cause they went outta hearing several times and took a while to bring back.the farm we are on promotes some big running with lots of open stuff and cover here and there,movie clip is uploading now
