Bedford Co. Hammergun Grouse

Here's a grouse I took today over a point by Copper my Ryman-type setter. I was shooting my 16 ga. Husqvarna hammergun built in 1913.


The essence of the shot is how you shoot the bird, not how many. George Bird Evans

thanks everyone. I've had back and knee issues this fall and haven't been able to hunt as much as I would like to so every grouse is extra special to me.
