REPEAL OF LICENSE DISPLAY REQUIREMENT

No longer have to display your hunting license on your back. I think this is going to cause an increase in illegal hunting, also possibly more stops by the PAGC since they no longer visibly check tags.

Re: REPEAL OF LICENSE DISPLAY REQUIREMENT

I have hunted many states and they do not require a license displayed.

Woot! No more 90 mph return trips home, in my wallet all the time.

If guns cause crime, mine must be broken.

Its actually very convenient. Alot of states issuing agents give you a little plastic folder for it, fits nice in a wallet or pack. Its about time.

Re: REPEAL OF LICENSE DISPLAY REQUIREMENT

Long over due in my opinion. Pennsylvania was one of the last states that I hunt to still require display of your hunting license. What was the point really, when ever you get checked they always want to take the license out and look at it anyway. Now if we can get those ridiculous fishing licenses off everyone's hat we might be making some progress.

Are you sure a fishing license is required to be displayed? I looked in the regs book a while back and could not find anything about it. That said, I am not real familiar as to where it might be in that regs book.
