squirrel hunting

just a quick question. Is it legal to hunt squirrel from a tree stand? Didnt see it anywhere and didnt knw if there is any regs on that

I wondered the same thing, because thats the only time that I see them. In fact, I'm taking my son out tomorrow for some squirrel action. He is 8 and is showing interest. Baby steps.

Can you archery hunt and have a 22 rifle on you at the same time for tree rats in the late season?

not if bow is for deer and .22 is for squirrel, can't cross hunt animals like that, and trying to tell WCO there both for squirrels won't fly as well unless all your arrows are tipped with judo points for small game....but you can have a flintlock and your bow for deer in your treestand in the late season .......bob
