Sometimes I just pick out a spot where they fly by and wait
em out but not always. Sometimes I put up a couple dekes
and call them in. This works pretty well and often brings
one or two in that were flying another way but turn and
come into my set up making for an easy enough shot. Other
times if the corn is still up and they are feeding in it I
will walk around the outside of it and jump shoot them as
they take off. Often sitting by water holes near good fields
works well too. So how do you do it?
I'd rather be fishing or hunting!

Normally find a spot to hide in a field where I seeing them fly. Look for places for them to land in dead trees by a food source. Throw out a couple decoys and some days take my homemade dove tree and put it in the field. some days it works others not so much.
I'd really like to get out, I have a bunch of gray 16oz cups I'd set upside down out as decoys. While I never had any land in them, they seemed to angle my way and slow down. I don't hunt them enough to buy real decoys.
