Re: pheasant stocking info ?

Game Commission still has the 2010-2011 pheasant allocation on its website. Check it under small game.

The Loyalsock Game Farm is next to Loyalsock creek and it is at major flood stage. I think the birds there are in trouble. I don't know what they would do with all those birds in such a short time.

Re: pheasant stocking info ?

you think 100,000 phez released (or freed) in loyalsock would be enough to start a wild population?

Life's too short to hunt with an ugly dog.

It would make a heck of an early pheasant hunt

Re: pheasant stocking info ?

I hope the birds are able to make it through this. How close is the rising water to the birds?

Re: pheasant stocking info ?

I don't think there's anyway they could round up all those birds in such a short time!Release may be the only answer.

It's breeding,training...and something unknown.
