Beagle found -Swatara state park

I ran into a volunteer at Swatara state park while running my dogs there today and he asked if I know anyone who lost a beagle November 30th. No ID collar ; just a flea collar.
It's listed on find toby in pa.
Hopefully someone knows who's beagle this is.

I hope it wasn't a dump job and the owner is looking for it.

When you are up to your butt in alligators, it is hard to remember your intent was to drain the swamp. Stay focused!

That happens more than you'd think.
The gentleman I chatted with said if nobody claims the beagle he would keep it.
He's local and had a beagle in his vehicle that was a rescue.
I used to do the same as I was a beagle club member and dogs would get dumped off at the club occasionally.
I found homes for some but at one point had 13 beagles.😬
Down to only 5 now.
Some people think dogs are disposable.

sadly, some people look at dogs like a pair of shoes, when they get a bit worn, the throw them away, never thinking about what the dog has done to make their lives better. When they become inconvenient, out they go. My setters ashes and my wife's Scottie ashes are going in the hole with our ashes.
