Bonus Pheasant Stamp

Hypothetically speaking if the Pennsylvania Game Commission would sell an additional/bonus/second pheasant stamp who would buy one. Let's say that the stamp Would allow hunters to be in possession of four pheasants per day instead of only two. Or if second stamp would allow one additional pheasant per day which would raise or feild limit to three who would still be in favor of buying another $26.75 stamp?

Cheap price to pay for the fun to be had.
More Stamps sold equal more birds stocked. No guarantee to limit out. Not greedy at all.
I would do it.

Our forefathers didn't bury their guns. They buried those that tried to take them.

Just raise the price to $50 and raise the bag limit to 3 or 4. Hasn't birds leaving the stocking areas and going to where they cant be hunted been a concern?

Birds leaving happens, not much can be done about that.

Get them while they are there. Seems less wasteful.

thats the answer.

can you see the extra time spent by Game Wardens checking licenses for the extra stamp and counting bag limits. what a waste of time.

gonna be a lot of birds and less hunters if they charge $50 dollars to hunt birds. want more time chasing them ? just dont shoot the first ones you run into.

Do you have the statistics about how much time is wasted checking spring turkey hunters for 2nd tags?
How much time is wasted checking for Licenses?
