Does the junior combo license include the pheasant permit?

Does the junior combo license include the free pheasant permit? The clerk at the store where we bought our licenses said yes, but the license doesn't have anything printed mentioning the permit. I just want to make sure we're good to go. If not we will haveto make a trip back to the issuing agent. Thanks.

I don't think so, but you should be able to print one online I would think

No it does not, but I believe this year the juniors will need a pheasant permit. The permit itself is free, but you need to pay a $1.90. $1 dollar to the issuing agent & .90 cents to the automated issuing system, for the transaction.
