Pheasant Stocking locations

New to Pheasant hunting and was wondering if anyone can tell me where the game comm. stocks the pheasants on SGL 205 in Lehigh County and Jacobsburg State Park in Northampton County? Wanted to do some scouting and see what kind of cover there is. PM me please. Thanks

Re: Pheasant Stocking locations

The locations should be listed in the regulation book or on their website.

They stock good numbers on SGL 205. It is easy to find pheasant cover there. A lot of the game land is in fields and brush.

You've picked a good time to get into pheasant hunting. The stocking numbers are going to double next year. Hope you are thinking of or have a dog.

Will hopefully get a dog this year. How are the numbers going to double next year? I heard they dropped by 50% a few years back. Heard talk of a pheasant stamp, will that take place?

Re: Pheasant Stocking locations

Numbers doubling due to increased revenue from gas lease money. No stamp planned but a general license increase is way overdue.
