Only if you are hunting geese at the same time.

Time differences as well, geese=half hour before sunrise to half hour after sunset....Doves= noon to sunset.

Federal Law
In 1991, a nationwide ban took effect prohibiting any hunter from using or possessing shotgun shells containing any type of toxic lead shot while hunting waterfowl. The ban covers the hunting of any species of the Anatidae family comprising ducks, geese, brant, swans and coots. Additionally, toxic shot is banned for hunting upland birds on any national wildlife refuge were waterfowl are present. Violators can be fined up to $1,000.
