Youth Hunt Hours?

Quick question guys, with the ugly weather we will be having on this side of state I was curious if you could hunt after noon in youth season?

I could not find it online and my book is at home.

If you can find a path with no obstacles, it probably doesn't lead anywhere.

Re: Youth Hunt Hours?

For the 2012 spring gobbler season, which is proposed to run from April 28-May 31, the Board continued the change in legal hunting hours to reflect the following: from April 28 until May 12, legal shooting hours will be one-half hour before sunrise until noon timeframe; and from May 14-31, hunters will be able to hunt all day, from one-half hour before sunrise until one-half hour after sunset.
The Board proposed holding the one-day Spring Gobbler Youth Hunt on April 21, which will run from one-half hour before sunrise until noon.

Re: Youth Hunt Hours?

Thanks I could not find anything for Youth Day, I guess I was hoping for more options in case of downpour in morning.

Yep, youth hunt is just a morning thing.

I hate to curse the rain cause I got hundreds of new trees in the ground that are likely just upright twigs by now but...we are going out mid morning, rain od shine.

I have killed many also in the rain, but my 13 yr. old daughter has been antibiotics all week for Bronchitis, so we won't be getting cold and wet Sat.

I guess I was hoping you could hunt all day in youth season, maybe better weather in afternoon. I'll just have to wait and see .
