If you want to see deer you will have to hunt where the food is now, the cover is good and the hunting pressure is light.The days of sitting anywhere and having deer run everywhere are over.

Plenty of deer. Not just deer, all game species. The best time to hunt in PA in over a century.

Overall, sightings were lower this year than normal, but still got meat in the freezer-1 archery, 1 shotgun. The highlight of this year is I did all my own butchering and I found that very satisfying.
