Not sure about the preserve. Just stating the general thought on facebook. Color was mostly brownish-white.

For those of you that THINK you can kill an escaped fallow deer...READ THIS (this is an email I received)...


From our Bureau of Wildlife Protection:



NO, only the owner of the animal or his employees may euthanize the deer to reclaim it as personal property, and only WCOs may euthanize the animal to prevent possible disease transmission in the wild. A fallow deer or any other animal other than a feral swine, is not defined under the game and wildlife code definitions as a game animal, and therefore is automatically protected, we have already answered this question several times
