How many organ eaters are there?

Two question 1. Who out there eat the organs from a harvested deer such as the liver or heart? 2. If you eat any organs which ones and how do you prepare them?

My family eats the heart and liver. I usually just cube up the heart and pan fry it. The liver gets cooked pretty much the same way with some onions.

Smile its contagious. Its understood in all languages.

Heart not liver. Almost the same as you but I add mushrooms and onions then simmer in butter for a bit.

Re: How many organ eaters are there?

I like to stuff the heart with seasoned bread crumbs and bake it.
I'll skin the liver and slice it thin, pan fry with onions.

If you're having trouble hunting for deer,
don't wish things were easier;
wish you were smarter.

I've never acquired a taste for heart or liver. I'll stick to the backstraps.

I see said the Blind Carpenter to his Deaf Helper as he picked up his Hammer and Saw!

Hearts, fried in butter an onions, or sliced thin and pickled. Liver is done same as beef liver and onions

Anybody can shoot deer on the farm ground....You earn it in the mountains.......
