Lease Samples?

Does anyone have or know of a place I can get my hands on a lease?

Not the property but the paperwork.

I am looking at getting into a lease but wanted to have some samples in hand so I know what I am looking at.

Re: Lease Samples?

I wouldnt worry about the generic ones from online unless it is from the website of the property you are looking at. Take the time to read the one from the location you are getting the lease for. One simple misread can make the world of difference..... Good luck

Re: Lease Samples?

And yet another property bites the dust.I can still remember before horn porn how easy it was to get permission on farms.those days are long gone now.Good luck with your lease though I'm not a fan of all that.I do realize how times have changed.May be time for me to join the "crowd"

Re: Lease Samples?

Usually the owner of the property sets the lease conditions. If you are looking for background information on hunting leases as a hunter leasing property I'd search - hunting lease forms PA.

A newbie might not know the following, usually in a lease:

"Owner reserves, and at all times shall have, the full, free, and absolute right and authority, by himself or his agents, and/or employees, to go on the Leased Premises
for any purposes, including, but not limited to, planting, cutting, removing, protecting, caring for and dealing with any part of the Leased Premises."

So what you're saying is that hunting in the middle of a timber harvest operation may not be a great experience ?

Re: Lease Samples?

Only way I would ever sign a lease would be for exclusive rights. Not you and your family get to come and go as you please and hunt rifle season and on and on.

Any other way would be like leasing to a farmer and saying you cant do anything here but drive your tractor.

What I say might not be the popular trend but at least Im not afraid to speak my mind!
