Re: doe licenese

You may get one regular doe license and two unsold if they are available. The only unlimited licenses are in 2B 5Cand 5D in the special regs area.

When you are up to your butt in alligators, it is hard to remember your intent was to drain the swamp. Stay focused!

By OTC you mean at the Country Treasurers Officer?

Guess I could take a trip with my daughter to the Doylestown Courthouse on Wednesday...but eh I'd prefer not doing the whole metal detector scanning and such, so I guess I'll just do the mailing method.

Re: doe licenese

Its a pretty simple process to walk in the courthouse, let your heat and knives in the car, no issue.

What I say might not be the popular trend but at least Im not afraid to speak my mind!

Re: doe licenese

There's technically no limit that I know of. However, for the first round you are allowed to apply for only 1. Same for the first round of unsold, and the second round of unsold. Which would give you a total of 3. However, after that you can buy as many as you like when they go on sale over the counter. However, nothing's left aside from 5C, 5D and 2B. I think the issue is the wording in the digest is kind of unclear here. It says that the hunter may get "a second unsold tag by mail on Monday August 20th, for a total of not more than two unsold tags anywhere in the state." However it later clarifes that doesn't apply to 5C, 5D and 2B. So as of August 20th, you can't have more than 3 tags, however after August 27th, you can just buy whatever's left over in 2B, 5C and 5D.

Re: doe licenese

Just got my yearly 5 for 2B. I kill one for a friend, two for myself, one is donated, and one to take to Canada for meals. I love the special regs areas and we have way too many does.
