Re: antlerless question

Hunt the same as I always do. 2G mostly. Saw a few bucks before season and son saw them in archery season so know they are here. I have the whole 2nd week off so I will try to take a doe then or whatever I get the chance to take.

Re: antlerless question

same WMU as always--When I started it was two weeks buck--three days doe--either or--one and done--doesn't upset me to wait five days for doe.

Re: antlerless question

I hunt 2F 2nd week as usual. I picked up a doe tag this year just to say I got one as I haven't been able to get on in the past. Not really sure I even plan on using it as I hunt 5c Late season and there are enough doe down this way.

Re: antlerless question

I know of 3 people that are hunting 3A becasue of the new concurrent deer/bear season. All three also got doe tags for that unit and intend to hunt SGL 37.

Re: antlerless question

Got 2 kids... So I'll b somewhere other than 2f...
This change for kids in particular is the absolute height of stupidity.. On part of PGC. The one day the schools give em off & their restricted..???
Like a doe cares if it dies on Monday or 5 days later on a Saturday??
Or in October youth season...crazy

that is bummer that the kids cant take there doe on monday and they have less chance for sucess since they have to wait for horns. should have kept it so junior hunters can harvest doe for two weeks.

Re: antlerless question

I'll be hunting same as I normally do, 2C. It personally doesn't matter to me what the seasons are, I usually see more doe then buck but I can wait off and shoot some does on the 2nd week.
