If today was opening day ?

Who would be out there braving the elements???????? Itís brutal cold with the windchill this morning. In my younger years I would be out all day. Nowwwwwwwwwww

I prob would only hunt the afternoon

I'd be hating it, but would be out for the first 2-3 hours or as long as I could bare it..... the older I get, the less fun I have in cold weather....

Yeah I'd be out. The flintlock season is sometimes like this and I always hunt any way. I have good snow shoes, dress in mukluks and layers of wool and a windproof anorak and you can last quite a while.

If snow over 6" & windy....likely not. If minimal snow & light wind....would take a walk. For how long.....as long as the spirit moves me.
