Still has to be panel scored, some times that changes things. Still a whopper, regardless of score.

The Brewster buck will more than likely be the third highest scoring buck ever documented and by far the highest hunter taken buck ever. Fantastic buck for sure, but its a very unbalanced rack, and to my sense of aesthetics doesn't hold a candle to either the Hole-In-The-Horn Buck, or the Missouri Monarch.

I don't know if I would get him or not, but the old ticker would be pumping....

Congratulations to the hunter regardless of what the final score is. I am not a trophy hunter at all, but that is one fine animal.

I would never have picked you for a guy that would have a sense of aesthetics when it came to deer racks.

It is an odd rack and almost looks like it has another deer rack attached to it on that side. It is amazing that it didn't break it off.

Traditions only last if you pass them down to your kids!

I had an uncle in law who lived in Kent, Ohio. He was always talking about this "world record" buck at this bar/club where he hung out, but he was a blowhard so I never really gave it too much thought. One time he showed me a picture of it, and i could tell it was a for sure giant but bucks that big are out of my "guessing range." I asked to go see it, which we did. A couple years later dick idol bought that rack for $500, and at that point it was indeed a world record

Au contraire mon Capitan. I like monster bucks as much as anyone.

In a typical I dig massive and wide, and in a non-typical I dig massive with a lot of drops. In both cases I like balance between the sides, not necessarily symmetry, but balance.
