Good luck everyone! Just ate some sausage and egg sandwiches and now I'm just waiting on my dad. Should be in my stand by 6. Be safe and shoot straight!

Good luck all! Change of plans for me due to a call in at work, but I'll hopefully be out for the evening sit.

Stay safe, and have fun!

For the first time in my 41 years of hunting I'm not at camp. I'm the only remaining hunter of our once 12 guys at camp every year. Everyone has lost interest over the years. I have been the only one at opening day for the last three years. This year I have tagged out on both buck and bear which I am very grateful for. Strange to be going to work today.

Good luck to everyone. Be safe and have fun.

Passing on today, just don't have the drive to hunt anymore. Hoping that seeing the photos and reading the stories of successful harvests may waken what once was a passion for hunting.

Give back to Nature what you take from her and you will be rewarded in more ways than you know of.

Good luck everyone heading out. I was lucky enough to score in archery so I need to wait until Friday. First time I have had to sit out the opener. I still couldnt bring myself to go to work. I will be working around the house and outside today listening for the shots.

Both my son and I got bucks by 8 am. My son got one at 7 and I got one at 8 am. There will be a celebration tonight. My youngest got one in archery as did my Dad. Super Season

There's hunting and there's hunting with a good dog
