Sptember Bow Season

I see the way the calendar fell in to place we will be bow hunting in Sept. I wonder if this is a first for that?

Not the first time. One year I got a buck at like 7:25 opening morning and it was Sept 29th or 30th. I want to say that was 1995 or so.

Here in 2B the season will be two weeks old by then. First day, September 16th.

Hunting: 10% skill and 90% location.

Same here. Two weeks from today, deer tags will have been punched in 5C as well. Probably not any of mine, but someone's.... lol.

Here in 5D it will all depend on the weather for me.
Not sitting in a Treestand if the temps are in the mid to upper 80's

Yes that does stink. Here in Md. our bow season starts this week. A few years ago it was like in the 90's with high killing humidity. Md. always brings there seasons in too early, squirrel actually comes in also.

I'll be hunting does in 5D weather the temp is 45 or 95 0n the 16th.
