Do you know if I can I mail my application a few days early to make sure it gets there in time? Or will they automatically reject it?

it should be due on a monday.

i always mail mine on Friday night. the courthouses are closed on weekends but the mail still gets sorted by the post office over the weekend and delivered on Monday.

if it arrives at the courthouse on Friday they will reject it.

I'm about to do the second round in 5C and 5D. Can I submit two applications for myself, one with first choice 5C and one with first choice 5D in the same envelope? And who do I make the check out to? I do this every year and by the next year I forget it all.

You can put 3 in an envelope, all for different WMU's and you will be groovy. Must be the moniker "West Philly".. Sheesh...

5C and 5D you can send for as many as they have tags to give out, just 3 applications in one envelope. check to County Treasurer, no county name.
