slap your momma good venison sticks
This stuff is so good its slap your momma good!
1-2 lb ground venison
sargento string cheese 1 pkg.
2 table spoon Italian bread crumbs
med onion fine chop
Worcestershire sauce (a good few good dashes)
a good BBQ rub
wood skewers ( soaked in water before use)
ok lets get it on....
In large mixing bowl combine venison, egg,Worcestershire sauce, bread crumbs and onion. I use my hands and get it all good and mixed.
Then take a skewer pierce the string cheese and run it up about midway down.
Place bbq rub in shallow pan or plate and roll cheese in it do this will all then save bbq rub
Take small amount of venison roll it onto cheese stick then roll the whole thing back in the bbq rub. set a side
Take your peppered bacon and wrap the venison use tooth pick to hold bacon on to the stick. You want to over lap it so the bacon hugs the venison.
ok now on a low to med temp grill place each stick on the grill and let it go to town. Plz don't mess with it or the bacon will get unwrapped. When the bacon is cooked turn gently over to cook all sides. It also help to have pre heated grill/ clean grill.
When done we like to dip this in sweet bay rays BBQ sauce and brink few cold IPA beers.
