We also have a few open sighted guns on standby for doe. Remington 141 .32 Rem, K31 7.5x55, Krag Carbine 30-40, to name a few!

My daughter- Model 70 7mmWSM with reduced recoil handloads shooting 120gr Nosler Ballistic Tips

Me- depends on when you catch me, lol.

When with my daughter- either my pre64 M70 in 30-06 or pre64 M70 in 270, carrying my Smith & Wesson 57-1 in 41 Mag as well. I haven't decided which rifle yet, but the 41 goes for sure.

On my own....probably just the 41 Mag or my custom long rifle (flintlock), 62-cal. I took some days off work to hunt in rifle season, and when she's in school, I will use the flintlock or the revolver.

On my local property I will be using my aac handi rifle chamber in .300 blackout using .200 gr maker bullets low velocity full expansion rounds with accurate 1680. Attached will be a liberty mystic x suppressor. For the public lands I go to with friends will be using my Remington 30-06 with 180 grain hornady .

all my rounds are hand loads that I have worked up over the year for my guns.

I will be using a Remington 673 .350 Rem. mag. with 225 grn Accubond for the first shot and 200 grn Hornady SP for back up shots. I can only use the Accubonds for the 1st shot because they will not fit in the magazine well because they are too long. I load them manually into the chamber. When I unload I have to pull the bolt. They are worth the trouble. One in the lungs and lights out right now.
