Success Ratio

There are many successful hunters on this site that harvest multi deer. Just wondering what the success ratio would be if the PGC would count each hunter as successful or not. Disregarding more than one deer. The total harvest could still be tallied. Think the results would be interesting.

Re: Success Ratio

I used to be involved with a semi-controlled hunt.We had 3500 acres split into 4 sections and each section was dmap'd seperately.Hunters could get up to 8 dmap tags but most guys ended up with three or four. One or two years we had right around 200 deer checked in and about 50 successful hunters.About 25 guys killed the majority of the deer. This was bow and flintlock only.
