Which PGC regulation would you change if you could? Hunting with my Army buddies from SC this weekend and got to discuss some of the different rules. Please keep it civilized.

While this isn't in the PGC's control, I would like to see Sunday hunting for all Sundays and species (when in season).

I'd change the opening day of rifle season to the Monday after Thanksgiving.

I'd like to see early muzzle loader hunters be able to shoot bucks. Could never quite wrap my head around why they can't but a hunter next to them with a crossbow can.

Listen, or your tongue will make you deaf.

"When a pine needle falls in the forest, the eagle sees it, the deer hears it, and the bear smells it."

Monday opener for deer

Eliminate the week long muzzleloader bear, have it Thursday-Sat or Friday-Sunday, when the seniors and juniors can use rifles.

Use of a semi auto rimfire handgun to hunt small game, the current rule make absolutely no sense to me,but then I'm a little dense, and too old to do anything about that.

I would like to see the PGC get CWD regulations and control back from the Dept. of Agriculture. They were doing to good of a job.IMP.

But the Wolf of Harrisburg I'm sure caved to the private deer farm lobby. I would also like to see them get funding from any source for the purpose to battle this dreadful disease. Then the PGC could regulate seasons and tags to do whatever preventive measures possible...Well bucksnort you asked and I to hope this topic is kept civilized.
