Well, on the way home last night from church on a narrow winding back road, a deer comes up a bank and into the front of our Road Master. Not that I was the only one on the road, cars traveling in both directions. You can't go over 30 MPH around those curves. Idiot deer busted the grill and frame around the grill. Deer tumbled into the ditch and lay there a few minutes, got up and went up a steep bank. If other cars hadn't stopped to see if we were okay, thank God we were, I would have put so many holes in that deer, it would look like a lawn sprinkler. Don't waste you time telling me it is illegal to do that! Now to try and find parts for a classic car. Need to call the insurance company later.

The deer probably doesn't know the difference between a classic car and an old beat up pickup. They are just out doing what they do, trying to survive. That's a chance we take anytime we drive in deer country. That's why I usually drive my old beat up pickup whenever I can.

Great! Now his insurance company is going to bribe the PGC into killing the last few deer left in the state!

I don't have ducks. I don't have rows. I have squirrels. And they're drunk.

It is up to you to miss the deer, not up to the deer to miss your vehicle. If it makes you feel better that deer is probably dead or dying right now.

When you are up to your butt in alligators, it is hard to remember your intent was to drain the swamp. Stay focused!

No bribe necessary. The PGC added 46,000 more doe tags for this year and that is not counting DMAP that is suppose to rise.
