Exactly. It's unlikely to be used as a snow make-up day though due to it's place on the calendar. In this district they have that all laid out what dates gets used up first....we call them 'energy days' here.

Don’t worry about camps being closed up by Tuesday anymore, now they’ll be closed by noon on Sunday.
