Fresh from the smoker. Need to let them dry some more, and will try them tomorrow.


First time making these so I only made a small batch.

I don't know the make, bought quite a while ago from Wally World. Charcoal heated. Works well for the amounts that I do these days. I have two bigger ones back home in PA.

Here it is doing up some ribs a few years ago.

My daughter and I just sampled one. I'm not one to brag, but Wow, did they come out good!!

I like mixing my own spices and seldom use bought pre-mixed ones, but I don't think I can beat this one.
