Go ahead and buy it.No need to shoot the messenger.Roll those dice and you will get snake eyes.Court will cost more than the scope.

https://www.centredaily.com/sports/o...e67111807.html

Thanks for the links to the articles. Quite frankly all of the confusing regulations PA has makes hunting much less enjoyable. Makes you feel like you need to consult with your attorney before you go hunting. Hopefully they simplify things in the future.

My advice is stay away from anything ATN. Theres a reason they are priced lower than anything else. Their image quality is ok at native mag but goes to crap with digital zoom. All my nv is Armasight and my thermals are Pulsar. And fwiw i contacted pgc about 3yrs ago to see if i could use a nv monocular while coyote hunting and they said NO.

For what its worth, anything with a lens that uses digital zoom sucks. Its not limited to scopes, ATN, cameras, etc. So get the best optical glass that you can afford and don't fall for the digital zoom gimmicks.

...it's all about pixals...ATN is like the 1980s video game of the NV and thermal world

...its in the works now in Harrisburg to make NV and thermal legal for PREDATOR hunting in PA and give the GC power to regulate...

...and I think to be technical..with a thermal scope ect...thermal is emitted from object then absorbed through processor...the device doesn't emit or cast anything onto target..its not a lazer light..doesnt cast infared beam..or anything like that.
