Re: Palmetto State arms

Yes i have in the past 2 months i placed 5 orders. Their shipping SUCKED! It took 8-15 days to ship. I never got hold of anyone on the phone and emails took 3 days to respond. I just got an email saying they were updating their system so not sure how they are now. I really like joeboboutfitters.com. Primaryarms.com. Good luck!

They were doing so good and now back to slowest donkey in the barn.I just got my tracking number from a barrel I ordered 2 weeks ago. They claim they have to a new shipping computer system and I know that can be a pain to work out the bugs. The thing is they should post on the website what km d of lead time to expect. A little communication goes a long ways.

Re: Palmetto State arms

Joebobs seem to have really fast shipping , Palmetto also has good prices , but extremely slow to ship , although they are up front with it , the website tells you a average of 5 days from order date to ship date. my last order took 6 days to ship and another 7 days to deliver.

Save a wolf , take one to the taxidermist

Re: Palmetto State arms

It's funny how some folks complain about their shipping and yet they continue to do business with PSA.

Fact is they are a huge company and when demand is high. Sure, I like to have my items shipped, but I also understand that it takes time to process orders.

I don't think anyone of us are in such a need for X item that we cannot wait to get what we ordered.

The owner of PSA was from the Pottstown area. I used to talk to him on the phone before PSA became such a large online vendor.

I've placed dozens of orders from PSA and have always been very happy with quality and pricing. Sure, shipping can be slow, but I've had slow shipping from Aim Surplus along with other online vendors.

Re: Palmetto State arms

I read the reviews on slow shipping, I could careless if it takes few extra weeks to arrive. I want quality and value.

My order shipped for free and the price was awesome.

Re: Palmetto State arms

If you can wait then they are good. I ordered ammo for a trip to the range 2 weeks in advance and did not receive it in time. They say 3-5 days processing so I figured I was good. For ammo I would order from them again and will just plan on waiting. For parts I will keep goin elsewhere.

Re: Palmetto State arms

I have bought a good bit from them, especially like the FNH chf barrels, but bad service will kill a company. A good many new threads of on ARFcom about the issue. If I place an order with Primary Arms on a Monday I have by the end of that business week. I'm sure FFL orders take a few days more.

I've had no issues with them. Ordered a bunch lower kits over the years, none recently though.
