Both are good shoots with good competition.

Re: Longrange Varmint Match (Lawrence Co.)

Hi mauser, the cost is $12.00 per gun, the short range shoot is 100,200,and 300 yards 6 shots are fired per target (groundhog silhouette target) scoring the best five. There are custom, varmint and factory classes, the long range shoot is the same except we shoot at 300,400,and 500 yards. The short range shoot is a good way to get started in the groundhog shoots we average about 25 shooters we have 15 cement benches so we usually have only two relay's. The shoots are laid back and new shooters get all the help they need.
