lets see those long range/competition rifles!!

Ok guys im a big F class competitor and love precision rifles regular rifles are so oh hmm anymore. Im currently building a custom savage f class rig that will be completed Saturday. Last years rig did five shots of 223 in 0.35 @100 yds In the mean time lets see your custom long range rigs!

Here is my latest. It's a 6.5 SLR. Savage PTA action, Bartlien barrel finished at 32 inches, 8 twist, Savage stock with adjustable cheeck piece by Alex Sitman, Rifle Basix trigger set at 1.5 oz., Sightron 3 scope 6.5 x 24. Shoots .250 inch at 100 yards. All work except stock done by myself.

My midrange gun. Remington action trued and blue printed, Jewel trigger set at 1.5 oz. Bartlien barrel finished at 28 inches. Sightron 3 8x32 scope. Bobby Hart stock. Chambered in 6.5 x 47 Lapua. Shoots .2 at 100 yards. All work done by myself.

Last but not least my long range gun. Remington L/A chambered in 284 winchester for 180 grain berger hybrids. Action trued and blued Bartlien barrel 9 twist finished at 32 inches. Jewel trigger. Bobby Hart stock. Sightron 3 8x32 scope. Never shot at 100 yards but does do under 2 inches at 600 yards. Still working on loads and just finished at end of last shooting season so havent had a chance to shoot her at 1000 yet. Also built by myself.

Here is mine all built by myself. It is a Stevens 200 action with a McGowen 28" 8 twist 6mmbr barrel. Also has a Rifle Basix Sav2 set at about 3 oz. It rides in a Hart stock bedded on pillars I made. It shoots in the .3's with ease and smaller a lot of the time.

Nice 6 BR. what contour and length barrel did you go with? i have a savage action thats been timed and trued by Sharp Shooter Supply and am going to put a 6 BR barrel on it shortly. Just wondering what length and contour you went with?

cool. i was debating between 26/28" and varmint / bull. im thinking varmint will be nicer for using it as a groundhog shooter. and maybe a little more portable.
