New NW PA 1000 Yard Rifle Range - Rockland Precision

Located in Venango County. The range is setup for the long range shooter that likes to shoot steel. It is also setup to holds PRS style events. We have had a few 1 day PRS matches this past year and we are looking to have a long range style match later in the year after the regular firearm deer season. Next year will consists of regular 1 day and possibly a 2 day PRS match, long range shooting classes, and other long range matches.

The range is open to members for use at their leisure. Contact information's on the website.

Yes sir that's correct the yearly membership is $375 a year. Unfortunately the more guys the more a liability it is. If memberships were $100 a year we would have nothing but problems and we would have 100+ members. The pricing was setup to hopefully limit the number of problems we run into. I haven't heard anything from our members yet that suggest the price is to high. We intend to keep member numbers low so this facility remains the small personal range feel. Lawrence county has a range that's a bit cheaper if your looking for a cheaper option. I totally understand at $375 a year it doesn't make sense for some.

Any serious 1000 yard shooter wouldn't blink at the price for a top quality range. We shoot up thousands in ammo and have rigs that cost 10X that amount. I am getting real tired of people being so freaking cheap!
