Magnaflow exhaust

Anyone running a magnaflow muffler? Considering putting one on my 2009 Ram. I know they have different models and I don't want anything too loud, just a little grumble, so I'm not sure which one to get. Any advice you can share?
Thanks!

Re: Magnaflow exhaust

Is you truck a 1500 or 2500, if you are just looking for some "grumble" and it is a 2500 you can just change the muffler. Did this on my dad's 07 with a flowmaster - 3 chamber delat when his started to plug up . Sounds good out side the truck but no cab noise to drive you nuts on a long trip. If it is a 1500 they have what looks like a small muffler on the pipe right before the pipe bends to exit the side of the truck, if you want some sound this will hav eto go also. Not sure if you are going for the duel look or not. I have never been a fan of the duel look, if you are going to run duels the run them al they way. I know easer said then done whit the emmission stuff these day's. It can be done but is high $$$

Re: Magnaflow exhaust

I have a Flowmaster Super 44 on my F150 and its loud enough, but not extremely loud. The muffler gives my truck a low growl.
