arrowhead hunting

any good spots in the york area?...I know a ton back in washington county...well most have houses on now but..looking ofr some out here something for the kid to do also

Don't know if it applies here but -
Tresspassing on private property and if you are on state game lands its illegal to remove anything except shrooms, berries, and legally shot game animals.

gut roads land is owned by ppl its open to the public.I went to school with one of the ely girls who a the time her grandfather still owned ely island in the river off of saginaw and ever spring when they plowed to plant corn the plowed up dozens of artifacts every year you would think after all these years everything would have come to the surface already but that island must of been a major camp site at one time I found a arrow head one time in the rocks below saginaw where they closed the under pass off below the train tracks they are there just need to get lucky.
