Stone Tool?

I found this while hunting arrow heads. It was in a field that is known to have many points and tons of chips from knapping thousands of years ago. Artifacts from this location have been dated at 6-10 thousand years ago. Does anyone know if it may be a stone tool? It has grooves in one side and a bump in the other where it looks like it could be held. But it is not as smooth as the stone tools I have seen.

I'm pretty sure this would have been a hand held tool without a handle. Like a stone used for knapping or maybe just for breaking open nuts or bones.
