The best WAY to do WHEY
SO I have been drinking whey protein for years and if I wasn't drinking a chocolate shake, I was just adding vanilla powder to a smoothie. Anyway, I just tried an approach that has been around for years but I steered away due to my disliking of peanut butter flavored anything (I love reese's though).
Here it is:
1 scoop whey
1 to 1.5 cups of fat free/Lactose SMART Balance Milk
.5 to 1 whole banana
1 to 2 table spoons of peanut butter.
Blend in a magic bullet or blender and you have an awesome pre/post workout meal
