Started 90 day Supreme workout

I bought this program on ebay for 15 bucks. Came with a nutritional program and 10 dvd's. I started the nutritional program last week. Very hard for me as I am a very picky eater, but going well with it. Started the workouts this week. Man this is tough. I can't keep up at all and can't even do some of the exercises. It hurts. I had no idea that I was this out of shape. I knew I was but not to this extent. I started at 258 last Monday. I am at 249 now. I also eliminated all sugars from my diet ( per the nutritional program) and quit smoking. I feel lighter (even though I'm not all that much). I feel better most mornings (even though my muscles are all tight). It's a good feeling.

Where have you been?

Awsome man!! Cutting out all sugers is a great start. White junky carbs are bad as well. White bread-white rice-white pasta all junk. Keep it up and you will not only lose a ton of weight but feel like a new person as well

Good for you! You will thank yourself later.

As for being "out of shape", most of these programs you see work a lot of different muscles that don't normally get worked. I run 4 miles every day, along with a little weight training and have done some of the DVD workouts on occasion and they still kick my butt. They really work a wide range of muscles.

Why do they call it common sense when it is so rare.

Keep it up!

I'm probably in the best shape of my adult life right now(getting more fit every day, mind you, but still) and even when I switch up something in the gym I'm hurting for two solid days. It's just muscles that aren't getting used suddenly forced to carry a load.

Drink as much water as you can should be drinking a gallon a day or more.

You really under estimated the ramifications of the boondoggle you have just perpetrated!

Re: Started 90 day Supreme workout

I thought I was in good shape. Been running, lifting, gardening, hunting, fishing/kayaking for many years. Started mowing part-time 6 wks. ago. We do 27 properties a week, average. Amazing, how sore I was first week or so. We have a big cooler of water with us.
