Some put too much pressure on themselves. It's not a 30 day exercise. It's lifetime goal. It's what you do in 60 days, two years, five years.
It's the exercise you got in two months, one year, two years.
Short term goals are only short term. Eating less is your long term goal.
It's not a 30 day marathon.
Back in 2011 I started a program called Loseit.com. Really opened my eyes to how much I eat and what types of food. Its become more my lifestyle and I think of food as fuel as opposed to something I do 3x a day or when I'm bored.
Same for me. I love food. I will always love food. Like any relationship though it's a give/take thing. I've been doing everything food wants to do for my entire life....since divorce is out of the question I've decided to stand up and get my way now and again.
You really under estimated the ramifications of the boondoggle you have just perpetrated!
