Keeping weight off or losing it

Some put too much pressure on themselves. It's not a 30 day exercise. It's lifetime goal. It's what you do in 60 days, two years, five years.
It's the exercise you got in two months, one year, two years.
Short term goals are only short term. Eating less is your long term goal.
It's not a 30 day marathon.

I totally agree!! Weight Watchers has literally saved my life and I will still follow it after I get to goal because if not I will be a big fat hog again in no time if I don`t!!

Re: Keeping weight off or losing it

Back in 2011 I started a program called Loseit.com. Really opened my eyes to how much I eat and what types of food. Its become more my lifestyle and I think of food as fuel as opposed to something I do 3x a day or when I'm bored.

My attitude is that I live to eat, and that must change....

Ron, I can relate. 1 year ago I started weight watchers because eating is all I could think about. It really is a disease for me and weight watchers is my AA!!

Re: Keeping weight off or losing it

Same for me. I love food. I will always love food. Like any relationship though it's a give/take thing. I've been doing everything food wants to do for my entire life....since divorce is out of the question I've decided to stand up and get my way now and again.
