Tower 200 - Body by Jake

Well, I had been looking for something to help tone up a bit. I have a large resistance weight bench, but the dang thing takes up too much room. I wanted something compact and easy to use. I had seen the Tower 200 on TV but when I looked on their website they didn't list a price. I refuse to buy something on the "$14.99 trial" basis. Anyway, I found a few places on-line to buy it. Ended up paying $75 for it, and so far I'm happy with it. It doesn't take up much space, easy to operate and will give an average guys muscles a workout. Best part for me is that it comes with a few different workout plans that are easy to follow. I tend to stick with a workout or exercise when it's well structured.

Anyway, if anyone is looking for a decent way to work on toning some muscle, I'd recomend it. I'm sure it's not going to get you looking like Arnold S., but it will turn some fat to muscle.

Why do they call it common sense when it is so rare.

Can you share the plans? I got a few I'm doing now, but I'd like to see some of the others recommended.

It came with a video of all the exercises, I wouldn't be surprised if someone put it on youtube. Look for "11 minute workout".
