Nutrisystem

Been on it since June 2nd, while its not cheap, I have went for 245 to 229 so far, with my goal eventually being 190. The food isn't half bad and some of it being..."good so to speak." I went with this since everything is portioned out, which works really well with my schedule. I just figured if I didn't makesn effort to do it now I'll never bother to lose it and after the birth of my daughter I want this weight gone for good.

Thanks, part of the reason it works well for me is schedule and variety, weight watchers was always hard to get everything covered. So far I'm now down to 225, down 20 overall.

Thanks! I think you're right, I just wish I had tried it earlier...granted the cost is a bit steep, but eh paying (In the end) 1200 back on a credit over a year is a small investment for good health.

Re: Nutrisystem

I have type 2 diabetes and went to see a dietician.
Go buy the 2011 calorie fat and carbohydrate counter book and go on a 2000 calorie 175 carbohydrate diet. I lost 7 lbs in 3 weeks.

3 meals eat whatever you want just 500 calories and 45 carbs each and 2 snacks 250 calories and 20 carbs each.

I eat what I want ... you just have to watch your portion sizes.

Well, sometimes you eat the bear, and sometimes, well, he eats you, so the Dude must abide!
