Arm Weight Training

Just curious what some of you lifters do to build up your arms and what your routines are like.
Any thoughts would be appreciatred.

Re: Arm Weight Training

I do several sets with a curling bar standing and also use a preacher bench depending on what gym I go to.I also do standing curls with a small strait bar on a crossover machine.I'm not really into many machines but the one gym I lift at has a real nice curling machine that I use at least once a week.Seventy five percent of your arms are triceps so you have to work them even harder.Strong triceps is also a huge key to having a good bench press.I do alot of push downs and close grip bench for my triceps. My strong point was always my bench. When I used to lift in meets and really worked at getting my bench up,I always hammered my triceps.

Re: Arm Weight Training

You don't need to isolate arms if you are lifting your major muscle groups correctly.- I haven't isolated my arms in years
