I "upgraded" that Couch to 5K, to the 10K program. It rocks. I am basically on the last week of the 5K program now, heading into the second half.
Week 4 was tough for me, I was sick, didn't finish the intervals, etc so I had to redo that week. Then Week 7 was also tough as well. I had to redo that week twice before I could run the full intervals. I'm running for 30 mins straight now though, and about to attempt 35 minutes later on today!
It's been great though! Looking back on the first few weeks now, I'm amazed at how far I've come! I'm sure you will be the same way! It's a great way to ease into it, and make a habit out of running!
I just put on Pandora, grab the dog, and start the app as I walk out the door. So easy.
Check out myfitnesspal as well if you want to track what you are eating. That has been real easy to use as well.
