Just a heads up to anyone looking to try and loose weight. The website above has helped me loose 35 pounds in less than 5 months.
I haven't changed a thing except counting the calories I eat using their website. I only count during the weekdays as well, weekends I cheat.
I'd be happy to answer any questions anyone has about how it works.
