A few weeks back I stopped pressing over head and honestly my shoulder is feeling pretty awesome. Looking to hit the shoulders hard tomorrow anyone suggest anything out of ordinary to try. I usually rotate through these lifts:
Side laterals dumbbell
Front raises dumbbell or plate
Rear delt dumbbells or reverse pec deck
Upright rows barbell
Shruggs barbell & dumbbell
Anything else I can swap in. I feel like I am missing something without the over head but no denying my shoulder feel better
